The Flight Attendant Assistance Program (PAC) is a psychological support service, provided by a group of trained and volunteer flight attendants, with the aim of helping other flight attendants to deal with any source of stress that is affecting their professional performance and, consequently, flight safety.
PAC volunteers are available 24/7 to listen and provide confidential, non-judgmental support to their colleagues.
Don't let any external factors affect your work and your quality of life. Talk to a PAC volunteer before these issues threaten your health, career or life.
Contact a volunteer member via the 24/7 contact phone or website.

The flight attendant profession is full of challenges and hardships. In addition to being subject to various harmful agents on board an aircraft, flight attendants need to be in a constant state of alert during their working hours.
Factors such as low atmospheric pressure, excessive noise, time zone changes and inadequate food can directly influence flight safety and the health of the crew, especially if combined with family, financial or personal problems.
With that in mind, we developed theCommissioner Assistance Program.
Staffed by a team of highly trained volunteer flight attendants, this service is completely confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At any time, whenever necessary, volunteers will be on hand to give psychological support to the commissioners in professional or personal matters.
